Creating Character Bug

I'm trying to create a character inside the editor and it bombs every time. It gives the following error:

"AnimCSV: ASR_Mossada is not in game, remove it" with the window labeled "Art Bugs".

Has anyone ran into this and how do you fix it? thx

Any advice? I'd like to eventually run around the map I've created.
