Creature Faction ID

I have a few mobs on my server that have a fation id of 0 and i'd like to change it to one but i dont know where to find this in the database. I've looked in the creature_template table and the creature table and anything else that started with creature and couldn't find it. I also used the gm command .factionid 1 and it changed them but its not permanent. Any idea how i could do this?

It IS in the creature_template table... there's a column titled "faction"
