creature,item ID's for MaNGOS 2.0.10

hey does someone know the ID for creature's and for Items for a 2.0.10 server? And does anyone know how i can see the models of a creature ? i usually use Mangos Database Handler, but that think is to old for a 2.0.10, so does anybody know's a differend method for tracking or seeing these creature models? Thanks
