Have not seen this before, but you do have armor sets in PT with these bonus stats.
I believe if you have a specific set of armor/weapon or gaunt/brace/boot you get a HP bonus and other stuff.
This might be from a pristontale birthday celebration event? Not sure.

I'm completely confused about this item. I don't think I would be able to find the corresponding items that would activate the "SetItem" bonus, so it's essentially useless, but still... I found it on a very old account of mine, in the middle of other regular transparos - and I do not remember participating in any event that would have given anything even remotely close to this in the past. The lock on it could also suggest it's a hacked/edited sheltom, but I don't remember ever being in contact with an active/malicious hacker so
just really confused. (Actually I do remember being given a pole with the +20 glow but without the corresponding stats, at a time when +20 was completely unachievable.)
If you have an idea how to remove that lock, I'd be interested as well

Yeah, never seen or heard of such an item before, most like you can either contact ya GM Reece to remove it, or can use a memory editor to get the byte address of the lock, it is either 1 for locked, 0 for unlocked.
easy way to find the address, pick up the locked item (hold it on your mouse cursor), byte search for 1
pick up a non-locked item, continue search for 0.
Repeat till you get the address.
Then can lock and unlock any items you want.
