This song is about a boy named Billy who in his initiation into a gang ends with him gang raping a random woman with a bag over he head (and beat her to near death) to only find out it was his own mother when he removes the bag from her head.... he then kills himself.

Immortal Technique (the rapper) has said in the last verse that he was there that night and he took part in the raping, but did he really?

only if evidence pointed to him. its one thing to say it, but its another to prove it. as far as I.T. I've always said he's one of the best out there lyrically. the dude has a gift with words, regardless of being a fan of rap or not. some of the songs i've heard from him are deep as hell and have unbelievable meaning behind them.
