DayZ / GPU Help.

So, i have a XFX Radeon HD 7770, which in my opinion is a really good graphics card. But for some reason, i get an average of 20-30 FPS on DayZ (Arma 2 Mod)

And i get 20-25 FPS on Last Generation MMO (My Infestation/WarZ Emulator)

My CPU is a AMD 965 Quad Core @ 3.4 GHZ.
I have 4GB of PNY RAM (I need new RAM, i think mines dieing)
And a 630 Watt PSU (this is new)

I have freshly installed windows, i'm not really sure what the issue is, maybe my specs just suck :'(
If anyone has an idea what the issue it, please say so.

Also, if it just my specs, anyone have an idea how much i can push the overclock on both the CPU and GPU?

Upgrade the RAM to 8gb and possibly a new cpu or maybe your gpu is crapping out.
