DB Custom Stat Values

Hi peeps, I'm almost done making a server for a small group of family and friends, but there's one thing left I don't really know how far to go on.

I have a DB editor tool, but since WoW weapon and armor stats are based on the fact that raids typically need 25+ people, how high should I mod these values for smaller groups like 5 people? Straight math tells me to change all the values to x5~8 the default values... comments?
