DC 4 (need information)

hello all, i want know if it's realy possible to don t have dc number 4!
if any have a client where he dont have dc number 4 with big xp rate
plz share it it's realy importante.
but if that dont existe how do rpt for have this xp
hopy= 350% atlevel one
or maybe a technical for have good xp and no dc
and dont say me lower the xp or lower monster spam to put high xp lo

to lower the xp needed to level up
like level 1 normaly u need to get 2000 xp for go level 2
if we lower it to 1000 we win better xp and if we do it to all level divise by 2
can be cool , but lol the probleme is i dont know where to find the 2000 xp lol
in client exe? serveur exe? serveur files ? lool
