no .. if you win 7 user u can also can use mssql 2008 but if you win 8 user you must use mssql 2010 / mssql 2012
so u need msql 2010 to make this server?
can i use for 2008 msql,,coz when i tried to attach the database ,,it say thisYou must be registered to see links

If your os is 64-bit download this SQLServer2012SP1-KB2674319-x64-ENU.exe
if your os is 32-bit download this SQLServer2012SP1-KB2674319-x86-ENU.exe (32=86)
you need only one mssql .. if you download the 2012 , you just need the 2012..
