does anyone know what this is :s i dont know how to fix it

You need better hardware, your computer is to slow to let the server keep up with the npcs and the other way around

Hes talking page file. Mine was set to Windows max of 4095, I just changed it higher using induvidual page files .....well we can see if it works.

Yea i get the error its a ***** no solution yet after 2 months, it just happened after I switched form a pentium 3.2 1.5gig ram to an Opteron 242 x2 cpu 4 gig ram go figure hehe

My server can be up for days with over 2000 people, no problem then suddeny crash every 3 hrs with the deadlock problem :/

The thing is i dont think its a true 'deadlock' in Sql sense. I've run trace flags and Profiler traces during the incident and it comes up with no data about a deadlock at all.

You can also split your server on 2 computers. I managed this error this way.
1: sql + logd +cached (can be 500Mhz + 256ram)
2:authd + l2server + l2npc
