Dealing with a Ruthless Hacker. Need Help

Well, im not sure if this is the correct place to put this but it needs to be posted. I own a server called genesis gaming recently name changed to Illustrious Wow. I hired a staff member as my Co-Owner name Vortex/ Mason. Well little did i know after i got a good staff he became very inactive so we decided to remove him. He got angry and decided to Hack our VPS and destroy "Everything" we had worked on. Along with that his friend t4ank/Bill decided to wipe our entire forums and left a message for everyone "Mess with the best, Die like the rest". Everyday they threaten me and the co-owner that they could and will hack into the vps anytime they want to. Honestly, i have no idea what to do in a situation, can i report him for Internet crimes? We logged his ip and still have it and they pursist to (I know it's kind of a childish way of saying) Bully us. I guess now he runs under the name Mason/Vortex/Sythex and is an admin on WowBeez. I and my server need help dealing with this problem.

did you remember to change passwords after you removed him?.... usually people tend to brag about being a leet haxor just because they know your pw or is able to guess it... hacking a server is normally quite difficult requiring some serious skill..
