debug mode?

When I look at my mapserv.bat it has a notice that debug mode is on how do I turn it off and also I cant see other people on the server could this be because of debug mode thanks for any help.

to turn debug mode off it should be in the mapserv configurations, and I doubt that's the reason you cant see any players, Umm is there even players on your server ?
