I've created a new CMS design.
The name is JusticeCMS because I couldn't think of anything else and the banner is from MapleStory Justice anyway so I was just like, eh, why not. It sounds good anyway.
The theme is: Simplicity, as well as creating something different.
I finished the design, and got through coding a lot of it with major help from billybombill.
Oh, and this is still all only HTML and CSS, no SQL, no config, and no other pages yet.

I just grabbed and cropped the background image from maplestory.nexon.com.

I didn't. I coded it myself.
Well not by myself.

It's just that my 2 friends who can do the PHP coding for it are kind of working on other CMS designs for me...
