Q:Whaat do you mean about a maplestory achivement?
A: Well just to start off with when you reach a certain level like LVL 30,70,120,and 200 you will get a priize..

When you reach lvl 30 it will say
[Achivement] Unlocked level 30 and you recieved 10,000 NX Cash. Congrats!!!

At lvl 70
[Achivement] Unlocked level 70 and you recieved 15,000 NX Cash. Congrats!!!

At lvl 120
[Achivement] Unlocked level 120 and you recieved 25,000 Nx Cash. Congrats!!!

At lvl 200
[Achivement] Unlocked level 200 and you recieved 35,000 Nx Cash. Congratulations and please notify
[Admin]Mike and you will recieve a special gift!!

Once I release it you can change it to what ever level or nx you want.. Or change the NX to mesos or something... If your going to edit my work please give credits!!

*THIS WILL ONLY BE SHOWN TO THE PLAYER WHO LEVELED UP AND EVERYONE ELSE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE IT*

But how will you do this:

If its an admin/gm you wont be able to whisper or whatever

You should try to make if you hit level 200 that an npc or question will go open and if you complete the quest you get reward. Or just an sort of shop that opens and you can click what you want.. or random box??

Yes, if you were to send every achievement out. Just make most of them say it to the player, but the big ones could be sent to the entire server.

showing it to everyone is easy...
I can think of 2 ways to do it now.
Tip 1: for each MapleCharacter asdfjaksd in every channel, drop asdfjaksd a message saying whatever you want
now put that into java.
Pretty easy.
