[Development]C# Patcher

I just ask for help a lot so I can get more posts.

Well, JvLaple's didn't really work for some people, so I'm going to make a patcher with C#'s WebClient.

Not too hard.
It's barely C#-powered at all.
Make a repo. that the application connects to, then check for updates.

It's like an SVN -> SVN Update
