English Client
For those wanting the english client:
You must, on the first run to execute in english:

(base) PS C:\Users\me\OneDrive\Desktop\Diablo III\x64> & '.\Diablo III64.exe' -launch -lang enUS

If you don't execute the first time in english, it will be fixed as russian and you will have to re-extract and re-run the command.

Make your backups. Mirror and share if possible.

which repo and branch would you say is the most stable and compete for solo D3 server? Tried Akuma it has a lot but also really buggy, there are a buncfh of branches of DiiiS and just trying to figure out what to use for not until others are more complete ?

Akuma's version is the best one so far, or the community branch...
