(Direct X 10) For XP !

This was a file that found on a mysterious website but i would like to share with all of you.

That a reason to not trust it. And have you ever heard of Photoshop?

Ikarus and Prevx1 detected a virus in the file you posted, athough it might be a false positive I wouldn't install it if I were you.

I'm gunna be an idiot and install it, i'm on a fresh install of XP, i'll prove whether it's shite or not.


Idiot I wasn't, seems it's legit, whether it enables DX10 i'm not sure, but it says I have it, i'll edit later again whether DX10 works.

As mentioned even months ago, there is a company "developing" dx10 for XP. It is not complete, and looks nothing as good as the Dx10 on Vista. If this file you posted is the real thing, then people can research it themselves and find the developers website.
 
there is a way to get dx10 on xp, but there is no dx10 real driver support for xp so...
 
This is just a simple registry hack so that it displays it as DX10.

It shows up on the anti-virus because it contains .reg files hidden away in it. Most likely completly harmless but I can't see this having any graphical benefit whatsoever.
