a quick FUY, a GM tool will not work with chapter 4, the latest GM tool will only work with chapter 5, so anyone wanting to use v 2.0.14 files will not be able to use the public GM tool with those files, i suggest upgrading to chapter 5 files to utilize the full potentional of stuff like this
