This is a known problem if you set the drop rate too high. Do not set it any higher than about 500 or you will get rubbish drops. You are using UseWorldDrop though which is the other part of the problem so lower the rate and you should see it improve.

100% alz drop v.s. 100% item drop = not possible
70% alz drop v.s. 30% item drop = possible
