Dual DLE... L2J

I have made dual DLE swords that show up in game and server but when i buy them and try to equip them they wont equip. Does anyone have any idea whats going wrong? I also notice that under the item name for them it does not say that its a dual sword. I can also drop them on the ground and see both swords fine.

here is the line i have in the weapongrp.dat file
