Can dual layer Disk drives read DVDs with more then 2 layers like 4 or 6 layers.
I have heard about quad layer just if dual layer disk drives can read them.

No. You need specialized hardware to read it. And more then 2 layers on a DVD is new to me. HDDVDs have up to 3 layers and Blu Ray has up to 8 layers and if you want to be able to use more layers then you need a drive that supports it. Most HDDVD drives support 2 while you need a new drive or one that can have a firmware update to be able to read 3 layer ones.

NoPeace - out

NO i saw a DVD what had space with 17.4GB
they usally have 4.7GB so i thought that would be 4 layers.

4,7 for each layer and 2 layers on each side of the disk. So you still just use 2 layers but you can use both sides of the disk. But then you'll have to take it out of the drive and turn it upside down to get to the other half!
