If all goes to plan, I'll be re-assigned a new IP address! (If you're behind a hub, router, etc then you'll end up with a newly assigned internal IP address, your external being the one seen by the Internet, would remain the same). Eitherway, this is assuming you're using DHCP. I'm sure Fallen's "IP changer" is nothing more than the forementioned, or just a collection of proxies (Or nothing at all).
