Dumb Question - Word config

Drop type - never changed it, didnt even occur to me. Whats it for (other than the obvious), is it such as the item type, or is it something else. Just a qucik question.

Drop Type will determine which kind of drop to use. The drop associated with the MAP your on, the drop associated with the monster your fighting, or both. 2 = Both = default.
