Easy question wiht microsoft SQL management express...

When i connect do i have to use SQL server authentication? because i started it with windows authentication, if i do how can i switch it, or start a sql server authentication (it doesnt matter much cuz i really havent edited anything )

any1 plz? also where do i get the /start.hmtl file..and where do i upload my apache root folder?
