Ehm kinda hard to give you, I spent a lot of time making that

I can give you hints though... make a php script, and make a scheduled task in windows (one that runs every hour) for it to put the online players/GMs (KOSP Server Status) numbers into a new database table (with date)

Then get some graph php script to fetch the data out
