Hello can it be done to edit a faction zone to neutral, like orgrimmar to an neutral place where ally and hordes cant attack ea?

Would be freacking cool :flag_schw

ps- i have heard something about this "sanctuary" thing, but is it trye that this "sanctuary" thing can edit thouse zone's faction ?

Yes you can edit the faction ID to neutal but im not 100% sure how. Try Quice, i havent used it myself but apparently its good. Head over to UDB forums to download it (its under Tools/DB)

cool as, i remember a while ago a project by some people to develope northerend and stuff which looked as thoguh it was comming along nicely probably a dead project now i dont know so if you have the time + patience for this stuff then i say go in guns ablaze man =D
