Editing Characters?

How do you edit players, to like tier 4? Lvls, Etc.

In the CUID or whatever the hell it is that comes with the server files, change the characters "Job Level" to 3.

Job_Level or code? mine doesnt show job level. And whenever i edit anything i right click, change the number then when i hit enter it reverts back to the previous number/data

its job_code u must type the number and hit enter

tried that already it resets it back to 1....

nvm found it, ChangeJob changed to 3, use the CU(MasterID) and boom its done
