I am looking to edit/create a new lineageeffect.u file. I want to do this so that I can have custom effects on weapons/armors/etc. I can't find anything through searching that allows for the editing of this file, only the UTPT program that allows me to open it and be like "OMG I just need to copy that, change that, and SAVE!!!" but it doesn't allow for that. Anyways, if you know of a good program that can do what I need please share or tell me where I can find it. Thanks.
