Enabling Gm Commands

umm how do i enable GM commands to players? like the /who /who2 /go commands and stuff like that? And another thing, how do i delete characters for other players? using Navicat.

rename command.ini to commands.ini

Players are 100
GM's are 300/299

To set a play for who/who2 etc
Just put 100 instead of 99 after the name change and restart world server

Go to the characters table, find their character, highlight the whole line by clicking the gray box all the way on the left, and then click the "-" button on the bottom of the screen
