Enchant Colour Changing L2J

I'm trying to change the enchant colours but I'm having a problem.

I'm using L2FileEdit to decrypt the file and edit the RBG values, and I'm using it to encyrpt it. The problem I'm having is, is that it isn't working for me. The enchant colour doesn't show up in character selection, and when I try to load my character, the game crashes. (Good thing I keep a back-up env.int).

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

man that's only a txt file u don't need to encrypt that
