i really dont know how its not working, i verified my rcc files and i can open with text edit so it is not encrypted anymore.First Extrac your all RCC file . Example : open glogic.rcc and extrac here. all your rcc like Level.rcc NpcTalk.rcc Quest.rcc Animations.rcc map.rcc effect.rcc effecchar.rcc skinobject.rcc if u done extrach
Open your RanTool If u have /RanCrypt must compitable with your client
RanTool : Click Deffault > Filecryption > Run Select Tool > Click File Mode > Click Folder Mode : and open find your rcc after extrac if u done > copy same and then Enycript for all rcc you extrac after extrac copy all file to rcc > Finish
For RanCrypt : Same Click File Mode > Click Folder Mode : and open find your rcc
