error in WnSCP

I got error in WinSCP NETWORK ERROR CONNECTION TIMEOUT OR REFUSED

If you had searched you would have found a lot of similar posts with answers. The error is very clear, winscp cannot see the server. Unless you post some config details that is as clear an answer as you are going to get.

i think your cent OS firewall has problem or wrong input in your WinSCP
