I have got an Error, which i get, when i want see my Novice ingame ...
1. I register and make password
2. I make a Charachter
3. I go back and relog again
4. i get these Errors

maybe your data folder is screwed and you have played a server with different sprites for novice or whatever. then you dont have the original novice sprite anymore.

That cant be ...
1. I downloaded Kro and Sakre and updated => I didnt played another Server
2. I made that Server
3. I think i need a new hexed.exe, but when i try a Sakre.exe [or something like that] i cant go on Login Window
4. An Alternative would be to make a New Folder named Palette/[blablabla]/[blablabla] or?

Sakre.exe?? try use XRay client or hexed client.

I also get the same error on Hexed and Sakre, but on Xray i get this
