Evan for v83

Hello everyone!

I am trying to add Evan in v83 server (like Eric shared here: https://forum.ragezone.com/f427/release-v83-evans-1108138/), but the attack skill is not working, can someone tell me where I did wrong?

Memory: PatchNop(0x0075C783, 4); // Active the skills 1
Memory: PatchNop(0x00761714, 21); // Active the skills 2

Use the ‘flameWheel(22171003)’ skill to hit the monster with a damage number and then the client is closed(The server doesn't emit magic _attack packets, the client closes too)
