Items with Quality System or Option are items with passive Options that stacked with regular Excellent Options.
Items must be +15 and Full Option, else Item Quality Options will not trigger.

Crystal of Evolution
An extremely rare jewel that enhances the Quality of an item by a level each time it is consumed by the item. Although it has 80% success rate, there are no drawbacks if it fails.
To create a Crystal of Evolution, you must Collect 120 pieces Crystal Fragments.
Fragments can be acquired from hunting(maybe), winning GM events/games, and crafting.
