Extra Ranks?

Is there a way to add another rank into the game? Like Player(100) GM(300) and Custom(???). So that there can be an Admin rank or something?

Commands.ini file will let you change required access for a certain command, it's your choice, but some CMS's won't let you connect if you are too high of access.
