Failed to Create account on Mir 2.3 Server Mir2

hi al i have the sever running well i go to make a account up and wen i fill in the form and press ok this comes up failed to create account: - 1

is there any one out there who could heklp me.

i dont have a Account-tbl in my sql

dont worrie about the blk screen its a print screen shot

my server running
if some one could helop it would be nice thnx
