what/how do i do flow + render blending?

Make sure the C4D's flow with the picture.

And make sure the render looks nice as well as the lighting on the sig.

what/how do i do flow + render blending?

Flow in simple terms is just the direction your signature flows

Like for example my Current has got K Jumping in the air
but my C4Ds are coming form the opposite direction which make it looks like he jumping against them which is the flow in my current.

Understand?

And you'll have read some tutorials on render blending as there to many ways.

One easy way is to get your copy your render then smudge the copied layer then set it to soft light.
