Fix: Fixes the uber items on newly created characters :)

hey every1 hope this helps, came across this problem when i was making my own server for first time

btw just warning you, this is what i done for my server *using arcemu files* AKA *vampirism* so not guaranteed to work on others.

right to stop the uber item bug from being on characters do a full wipe of data (DONT DELETE THE TABLES THEMSELVES JUST DATA INSIDE) IN these:

in characters DB ONLY:

delete data in:
Accounts
Characters
Corpses
guild_bankitems
guild_banklogs
guild_banktabs
guild_data
guild_logs
Guilds
instanceids
mailbox
playercooldowns
playeritems
playerpets
playerpetspells
playersummons
playersummonspells
questlog
social_friends
social_ignores
tutorials


ALSO THIS IS A MUST TO STOP IT FULLY:
Right click on accounts then go to ALTER TABLE
THEN click on advanced properties...
then change Autoincrement to 1

(this last part also resets so when u make accounts it starts from 1 again)

DO THE SAME FOR CHARACTERS aswell
