[FIXED] Max_economy_History error

I got this error yesterday after 2 months server running well,
any clue about this?

Error in the windows KB5020023/KB5019959 security update, has broke a lot of software that uses mysql over odbc as this odbc driver is end of life unlikely any updates will be made to fix it. Either use a newer driver or you can add 12+ rows into your econ history as a tempoary fix.

So, which one is more recommended? either updating the odbc driver or adding 12+ lines in econ?
