fixing quests Mangos

hi

just wondered if you have a quest in game and you accept a certain quest where you are supposed to receieve an item but you dont get the item how can you fix this sort of thing and fix quests in general??

just for a little example what would i put in the quest template for say this quest

To view the content, you need to sign in or register

how would i make the questgiver give the player the battle worn sword item? after accepting quest

Go lookup googel or some guides out their.
You can do it all on your self if you just wtake you time

Theirs also alot of programs and that witch can do this for you.
