After a long chat with my internet provider, I have found out that their serivce blocks port 80, which means no registratino or any web page hosting from wamp for me :(. Does anybody know how i can FORCE open this port 80 or is there an alternative port? If i rent a VPS can you tell me what i will need to do? Will i have to install wamp on that vps :S.

Help please. thanks <3

Your ISP blocks port 80? 0o

A VPS requires no port-forwarding, so no need to worry about blocked ports.

On another note, you can always use port 8080 [

now i opened 3 ports, 8080tcp to 8080udp and 8080tcp standalone and 8080ucp stand alone, it works now. but now when i type my ip address or even localhost, i am unable to see my website. it puts my ip in a search instead.

I would try to connect to a different site using the port 8080.
