Forgotten Commands..

I am trying to find out the commands for 2 things that I forgot how.....

The first allows you to see on screen the coordinates and the map you are in.

The second allows you to remove all the boxes and icons from the screen for clean screenshots.

What is up with the 1. Every time I see it someone types the 1. You don't need that 1, I don't know who came up with that brilliant idea that you do. /set frame. Tada it's the same and you just saved yourself from typing 2 additional characters!
