Found some bugs in RageOnline Repack V0.9

Thanks for the greate release of RageOnline Repack, it's the best english ogame version that I ever used.
In my test server, my friends found some bugs in the game play:

1. Anti-Ballistic Missiles
Interplanetary Missiles
can't buy them


2. And cant build a Lunar base, technology requirements is complete to build it but it doesnt show.


3. And in the language file:
et les colons n'ont pas trouv

3. and the settlers have not found a planet with these details. They are forced to turn back completely demoralized
