[FTP] vBulletin Installation

Okay, vi3tb0y gave me a license right?
Everything is okay, it's a leased license edited config.php and etc.
I use filezilla and smartftp, then i upload it everything goes well until it hits global.php.
Then my cpanel disables and my ftp server.
Like 15 minutes later it turns back on and recovers.
Then i try again and same thing happens over again... :\
please pm me if you have any ideas what im doing wrong

go ask on the actual vbulletin forum. or try the builtin file uploader on the cpanel. if there is one.
