Do you mean how to add it to your hotel catalogue? ..
if so you just..

open your database of the server. click on your buy_furni *from the server database*

now open the buy_furni what you just downloaded.. copy the furni from the database buy_furni to the buy_furni you just downloaded

now.. go to the catalogue on your database and then go to the catalogue you downloaded and copy neon in to your database catalogue

now. go to your database catalogue and scroll down and theres a page..admin_extra or pages if you want all habbos to use neon furni double click pages and type..

;neon and do the same thing if you want people with admin catalogue see it
