O_O I never said DCR was going to close. lol. I think you may have misunderstood. I meant people who are developing their hotels or emulators, whatever it is they're developing, if they can't continue developing without using any resources such as DCR-Project, Phoenix, Otaku, etc; then their developments won't last.
