I tried to research the FW expansions out of curiosity and that's what I found.

As a reminder clients have a different version system according to language.
& Element to Server it's just a conversion from Hex to Decimal
& Feel free to correct me if you find mistakes in my research.
I uploaded the patches in Google Drive here:[Special thanks to @Fyyre for providing me with English patches]
I know that a lot of patches are missing for now.
I am just sharing what I got my hands on.
