GameServer Issue on 1.35

I get this problem when trying to run gameserver (see attachment), can't find the answer anywhere in forum so I had to create this thread.

Please help me .

HI! i've also got this problem tried going on making the usr "sa" , "account" , "game" , and even blank one(on gameserver.cfg).
still it gives error...

same error on everything even if you've change or erase it...
tried no.1dawg's solution but didn't work

so can anyone help me?
