how to activate gc command on a char? permission number?

on the character you want to GM

the value for GM = 65535

Not sure of GC .. which would be good to know ...
So if any else has the GC value please post

"Full" GM permission is higher than 65535, but since those few extra commands you probably don't know about or use, it's 65535.

As far as GC commands, it depends on what permissions you want to give them. For example, move+shop op commands would be: 2050
